By purchasing any service from https://www.quillstudio.store (“the Website”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of the Service

QuillStudio provides custom-written texts, including but not limited to:

• wedding vows

• speeches

• poems

• personalized written messages

All products are services, not digital goods.
Each text is created manually based on the information you provide.

2. Ordering Process

When you place an order:

1. You select the service you want.

2. We may contact you for additional information.

3. Work begins once payment is received and required information is provided.

4. Delivery occurs via email or the contact method you provide.

If you do not provide the required information, delivery delays may occur.

3. Delivery Times

• Standard delivery: 48 hours

• Rush delivery: 24 hours (when purchased)

Delivery times begin after we have received all necessary details from you.

Delays caused by incomplete information are not our responsibility.

4. Revisions

Each order includes:

• 1 free revision within 5 days after delivery
  Additional revisions may be billed at $10 per revision.

Revisions are limited to adjusting tone, correcting details, or refining wording—not rewriting from scratch.

5. Refund Policy

Because all services are custom and personalized, refunds are handled as follows:

• No refunds once writing has begun.

• If you request a refund before writing starts, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

• Dissatisfaction based on personal taste, emotional preference, or subjective style is not grounds for a refund.

This is standard for custom creative work.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment:

• You receive the full rights to use, modify, and present the text as you wish.

QuillStudio:

• retains the right to store the text internally

• will not publicly publish your text unless you give explicit written permission

• may use anonymized excerpts strictly for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise

You may request full confidentiality, and we will comply.

7. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree that:

• all details you provide are accurate

• you have the right to share any personal stories or information used in the writing

• you accept responsibility for the truthfulness of the content you request

We are not liable for errors caused by incomplete, incorrect, or unclear information provided by you.

8. AI Usage Transparency

All texts are written manually by a human.
We do not deliver AI-generated automatic content.
Internal tools may be used to assist with organization or proofreading, but the creative writing is handcrafted.

This ensures uniqueness, authenticity, and emotional accuracy.

9. Payment & Currency

All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is processed through third-party platforms such as Stripe or others.

QuillStudio does not store your payment details.

10. Limitation of Liability

QuillStudio is not responsible for:

• how the delivered text is interpreted or received

• emotional reactions, relationship outcomes, or event results

• delays caused by incorrect or missing information

• any indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the delivered text is entirely at your own discretion.

11. Confidentiality

All personal information shared with QuillStudio is:

• kept confidential

• never sold or shared

• used exclusively for completing your order

12. Website Usage

All content on the Website (texts, samples, branding) is the property of QuillStudio.
You may not:

• copy

• publish

• resell

• redistribute

any Website content without permission.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the new terms.
